Is there any effective software out there for recovering lost partitions, graphics files, etc. that doesn’t cost a fortune, and that could recover lost files and deleted partitions from over a year ago???

    You don’t need software, you need a miracle!

    If you had delete it yesterday or even a week ago, the answer would have been maybe.

    But over 1yr ago…. You stand a better chance of turning lead to gold…

    file scavenger works for me, but over a year ago? unless you haven’t been using the drive what your looking for is most likely so degraded as to be irretrievable.

    You can try to recover data with Easy File Undelete software:
