There is a virus in my laptop which has disabled my administration rights what should i do to get rid of it?

i am fed up
its been two months and i have found no solution.
it has also disabled windows update and almost all the control panel things.
whenever i try to install a new antivirus it does not allow me to update it.
i cant even use data recovery softwares as i do not have administration rights.
please help.
it is not possible for me to redo the windows vista as their is very important data in my laptop almost 240 gb .
how can i get rid of it please help

    I hate viruses, they ruin computers way too quickly. its rediculous

    I suggest buy/borrrow an external harddrive and back off your data. Then you need to format & reinstall windows. It’s a waste of time to troubleshoot sometimes. Next time keep current backups.

    Try to get good antivirus like Eset Nod32.It will cover all most.
    Mean time try to back up your files.
